I had visited Dr.Jacob's dentacare for various oral problems. When other doctors suggested the most elegant ways for the replacement, Dr. Rachal made it simple, and what she did for the adjective tooth made it effective and ensured the life of my tooth. I really appreciatethe support staff of the clinic and the Dr. Rachel team for the seamless treatment. Doctor friendly, explain the real issue and which treatment would help and available at anytime....

Dr. Rachel is a very efficient and friendly person and makes you feel comfortable and safe before she begins her work. I was especially impressed by the way she explained what she would be doing. I thought I would need a root canal treatment but she managed to save my tooth without it. She called me twice after my treatment to check if I had any discomfort !! I strongly recommend Dr. Rachel.

Dr. Rachel is really good in explaining the case scenario. She makes the treatment really comfortable as we went there really anxious and stressed. Clinic is well maintained and hygienic. The interaction was professional and detailed. Loved the experience there.

I had been to Dr. Rachel for serial tooth extraction . She was talking to me like a familiar aunty and always got me distracted from my thoughts related to pain. One tooth was highly decayed and she cautioned me that a minor cut or surgery would be required. But she was so efficient that she extracted that tooth also in one attempt. I had been travelling from Dubai as part of my treatment and never felt my parent's absence with the kind of care and comfort I got from Rachel aunty. Above all, I could retain my brave girl image and savour the flavoured ice cream she recommended after tooth extraction

The doctor is very friendly. She is amicable with the patient. Doctor explained clearly about the current status of my tooth and gum. Already it was decided to remove the tooth, as the gum around the tooth is highly infected and the tooth is shaking. But after the medication for two days (given by Dr. Sanjay) , the gum improved a little. So the doctor decided to save the tooth from removal. So she treated the infected gum. Now I am feeling better.

BTW, Still I need to wait for one week to tell about the effectiveness of treatment.

I have been suffering with severe tongue ulcers for over ten days and was trying over-the-counter medication as we normally do. However after trying these i didn't see any improvement and decided to visit Dr. Rachel Jacob. She examined and took the time to understand what I may have been doing/eating differently to have caused the issue. The ointment she gave me cured my ulcers in 48 hours and I am so thankful for her patience and care towards her patients. In this visit she also identified a misaligned tooth which was crowned about 7 years ago and I will be continuing my treatment at her clinic for the same. I have a phobia of going to clinics/hospitals. I certainly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a genuine doctor who can treat you with empathy and care.
